Panasonic Upgrades Molds For Automated Production Lines To Achieve Smart Manufacturing

Panasonic sought to introduce more automation elements into its production line to improve production efficiency. ShunKing Park Company customized a set of aluminum alloy die-casting automation production line solutions for it. By integrating robots, intelligent sensors and MES systems, combined with optimized mold design and fixtures, it realized full automation monitoring and management of the production process, significantly improving Panasonic's production efficiency and product quality.
